Plot Synopsis of Big Jake: In this action-filled western, John Wayne stars as Big Jake McCandles, a husband who hasn't seen his wife (Maureen O'Hara) in over 18 years. But he returns home after his grandson is kidnapped by a vicious outlaw gang. While the law gives chase in rickety automobiles, Jake saddles up with an Indian scout (Bruce Cabot) and a box of money - even though paying a ransom isn't how Jake plans to exact good old frontier justice. Spiced with humor and first-class gunfights, this is a vivid depiction of the last days of the wild frontier.

The Animated Thor: Tales of Asgard Blu-ray is out on May 17 - Watch Thor: Tales of Asgard Blu-ray on iPad 2

Thor: Tales of Asgard is a 2011 direct-to-video animated film based on the Marvel Comics character, Thor. It is the eighth in a series of animated films produced by Marvel Animation and distributed by Lionsgate Entertainment. The film is directed by Sam Liu with a script written by Greg Johnson and is set to be released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 17, 2011, co-inciding with the early May release of Marvel Studios' live-action Thor film.

"Thor: Tales of Asgard" hits Blu-ray via Lionsgate with a Region A locked BD25 disc, with a bonus DVD of the film making as a combo pack. While there are no pre-menu trailers on the DVD, there are three on the Blu-ray that must be skipped individually. There is a slipcover that mimics the cover art on first pressings, and as "Planet Hulk" and "Hulk Vs." showed, they tend to be in short supply. Pre-menu, there are three trailers, for "Hulk Vs," "Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow" and "Ultimate Avengers 2". They cannot be skipped as a whole, just one at a time.
