New Blu-ray/DVD release news for all: the 2010 American Western film written and directed by the Coen brothers, True Grit, is soon be available on Blu-ray and DVD discs for home video enjoyment on June 7th, 2011.
This big winner of this year's Academy Awards Oscar prizes has got a worldwide reception ever since it's released. It opened the 61st Berlin International Film Festival on February 10, 2011. And also, it was nominated for ten Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Actor (Bridges), Best Supporting Actress (Steinfeld), Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Sound Mixing, and Best Sound Editing.
